Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Dolomiti Lodge, I was pleasantly impressed by the culinary experience provided at the hotel. Having reserved a last-minute getaway in anticipation of skiing in Cortina, I was greeted by serene surroundings and a comfortable room boasting stunning views of the Dolomites. The highlight of my visit was the Easter Sunday dinner. The restaurant, known for its inviting atmosphere, offered a creative menu that showcased locally sourced ingredients. I recall savoring homemade grissini and a delightful dark brown bread, paired with the most exquisite pistachio cream I have encountered. The attention to detail was evident, from the ambience with gentle candlelight to the friendly staff eager to enhance my dining experience. Breakfast continued to impress, featuring organic options such as honey harvested from their own garden. Enjoying the morning meal while gazing out at the majestic mountain backdrop was a moment I'll cherish. This charming lodge is not only a haven for those seeking adventure, but also for food enthusiasts exploring authentic flavors in a welcoming setting. I heartily recommend Dolomiti Lodge for anyone seeking both a culinary journey and majestic mountain views.
